This grease is formulated specifically for Z axis lead screws rather than being a general purpose grease, with strong adhesion that stays on the screw rather than running off, and long wear resistance so it doesn't need reapplying as often as a lighter oil would. A thin, even coat reduces lead screw friction wear and lowers running noise as the Z axis moves. Also works on other metal lead screws beyond 3D printers wherever the same kind of threaded rod needs lubricating. Comes in a 10g tube.
