Overview

The Kobra 4 Combo pairs the standard Kobra 4 — a 260 x 260 x 260 mm open-frame bedslinger with a 300°C nozzle, 100°C bed, and dual-band Wi-Fi/LAN connectivity — with Anycubic's ACE 2 Pro filament unit. Tom's Hardware, reviewing the combo, described the ACE 2 Pro as operating "like Bambu Lab's AMS," with individual feeders for each spool rather than a single shared path. That review found the AI-based failure detection (using the onboard camera to spot "spaghetti" print failures) worked reliably without being oversensitive, though it noted the camera's position on the Z-axis gives a slightly awkward viewing angle — a limitation it called common on bedslinger-style printers generally. The ACE 2 Pro provides four colors by default, extendable to eight with a second unit, and actively dries filament during printing.
