Overview
A thin, even layer of this glue stick on a cold or warm PEI plate improves first layer adhesion for materials that are prone to warping or lifting, particularly ABS, ASA, and PETG. It is water soluble, so a quick wipe with a damp cloth or paper towel removes it from both the plate and finished prints without leaving residue behind. Keep a stick on hand alongside your printer rather than reaching for a generic craft glue stick, since many off the shelf glue sticks leave a tackier residue that attracts dust or interferes with later layers. One stick covers many print beds worth of coating at typical PLA and PETG usage rates.
