Overview
The H2D Pro is a professional variant of the H2D, sharing the same 325 x 320 x 325mm build volume, dual nozzles up to 350°C, and 65°C actively heated chamber. Motion accuracy is rated at ±50 micrometers, using a vision encoder with 5-micrometer optical resolution to calibrate toolhead movement. Its nozzles are tungsten carbide rather than hardened steel, rated at HRA 90 hardness for roughly 50% longer service life when printing abrasive, fiber-reinforced filaments. The H2D Pro also adds enterprise-focused features: WPA2-Enterprise WiFi (EAP-PEAP, EAP-TLS, EAP-TTLS), Ethernet connectivity, a physical network kill switch, enhanced air purification, and support for fleet management deployments.
