X2D (CN Variant)

Overview

The X2D is Bambu Lab's premium dual-nozzle 3D printer, with a 256 x 256 x 260mm build volume. Its primary nozzle uses direct drive, while a secondary auxiliary nozzle runs on a Bowden setup from the rear of the machine, reaching print speeds up to 1000mm/s and 20,000mm/s² acceleration on the main nozzle. The chamber is actively heated up to 65°C for engineering materials, and the printer uses a servo extruder with real-time flow sensing and filament tangle detection. AI monitoring covers both a liveview camera and a toolhead camera. With the maximum AMS configuration (up to 4 AMS 2 Pro and 8 AMS HT units, 24 slots total), the X2D supports up to 25-color printing from its dual nozzles. Note - This is the CN Variant, built for mainland China. It does not connect to Bambu Handy or Bambu Studio out of the box, but prints wirelessly over LAN. The Bambu Handy and Cloud restriction can be bypassed. Outside of this, there is no difference in the machine or print quality. CN variants are priced lower because of subsidies within mainland China.
