Overview
The Neptune 4 is a budget-friendly FDM 3D printer with a 225 x 225 x 265mm build volume, running on Klipper firmware with input shaping and pressure advance support out of the box. It reaches print speeds up to 500mm/s, though 250mm/s is Elegoo's recommended setting for best results. Its dual-gear direct drive extruder uses a 5.2:1 reduction ratio for consistent filament grip, and the brass nozzle heats up to 300°C, covering PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS and nylon. A single 250W heating element powers the bed.
