Overview
This kit includes everything needed to rebuild the hotend: a 0.4mm extended brass nozzle, a PTFE tube, a 60W ceramic heating element, an all-titanium alloy throat pipe, a brass heating block, and a widened aluminum heat sink for efficient heat dissipation. The extended hotend design improves filament melting and flow for smoother extrusion, supporting temperatures up to 300C across PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, and high-temperature nylon. This covers the full Neptune 4 lineup, including Neptune 4 (Type-C version), Neptune 4 Pro (Type-C version), Neptune 4 Plus, and Neptune 4 Max.
