Overview
The OrangeStorm Giga is a large-format FDM 3D printer with an 800 x 800 x 1000mm build volume, built for human-scale prints. Its brass nozzle (0.6mm standard, with 0.4mm, 0.8mm and 1.0mm options) heats up to 300°C through a dual-gear direct extruder, titanium heat break and 60W ceramic heater, and print speeds reach up to 300mm/s on its quad-core processor. The heated bed is split into four independent 410 x 410mm PEI magnetic platforms, each reaching up to 100°C. One-click automatic leveling uses a non-contact sensor to collect a 100-point (10 x 10) mesh of the platform, backed by PID auto-calibration and a built-in accelerometer for vibration control. The frame supports up to four independent extruder assemblies for multi-color or multi-material printing.
