Overview
The Saturn 4 Ultra 16K is a high-resolution MSLA resin printer built around a 10-inch 16K monochrome LCD, with a resolution of 15120 x 6230 and a pixel size of just 14 x 19μm. It has a 211.68 x 118.37 x 220mm build volume and prints at up to 150mm/h with Z-axis accuracy of 0.02mm. Its COB light source (405nm) is paired with Fresnel collimating optics so light strikes the resin perpendicular to the build plate for even curing across the full plate. A smart tank heating system keeps resin at a steady 30°C for consistent fluidity and layer adhesion.
