Overview
The Phrozen Arco is Phrozen's debut FDM (filament) 3D printer, not a resin printer. It's a CoreXY machine with a fixed print bed, a 300 x 300 x 300 mm build volume, and Klipper firmware, aimed at makers who want speed without the resin workflow (vat cleaning, curing, ventilation) Phrozen is better known for. Official specs list print speeds up to 1,000 mm/s with acceleration up to 40,000 mm/s², a hotend flow rate of 50 mm³/s, nozzle temperatures up to 300°C, and a heated bed up to 110°C — figures aimed at engineering-grade filaments as well as standard PLA/PETG/ABS/TPU. A patented DEP extrusion heat-pipe design is claimed to reduce clogging. The machine includes a 5-inch touchscreen, Wi-Fi and USB connectivity, a built-in 720p camera, material-breakage detection, and power-loss print resume, and it's compatible with Phrozen's optional Chroma Kit for 4-color/4-material printing. It suits makers and small studios who want a fast, enclosed CoreXY FDM printer with multi-material potential, rather than a casual first 3D printer — the Klipper-based interface and high-speed tuning reward experienced users more than beginners. Spec sheets for the Arco vary notably between regions and between Phrozen's own store pages (speed, acceleration, and power figures all differ across listings), so confirm the exact configuration for your market before publishing final numbers.
