Overview

The Phrozen Sonic Mighty Revo 14K is a 10.1-inch monochrome resin printer built around a 14K LCD panel (13,320 x 5,120 pixels), pushing XY resolution down to roughly 16.8-24.8 microns — a clear step up in sharpness from the earlier Mighty 8K, inside a similar 223 x 126 x 235 mm build volume. The Revo platform adds real workflow upgrades over the standard Mighty 8K — an automatic zero-point leveling sensor calibrates the Z-axis with one button press, a built-in chamber heater holds resin at around 30°C for more consistent cures, and an internal camera feeds the Phrozen GO app so prints can be checked remotely. A ball-screw Z-axis and linear-projection LED light source round out the hardware, and Phrozen rates average print speed at about 450 layers per hour. It's a strong fit for makers and small print farms who want 8K-class build volume with noticeably sharper detail and less manual setup. As with any high-resolution mono-LCD printer, the finer pixel pitch means the screen and release film still wear with heavy use, so budgeting for consumables remains part of the running cost.
