Overview

Launched in September 2026, the Phrozen Sonic Mighty Revo 16K MAX is the large-format flagship of the Revo lineup, built around a 14-inch monochrome 16K LCD with a 20 x 26 micron pixel pitch. It expands the build volume of the standard Mighty Revo 16K roughly 2.5x, to 302.4 x 161.98 x 300 mm (about 14.7 liters), trading some pixel density for sheer printing room. The MAX adds a 2-liter vat with a tool-free release-film swap, a standard heated chamber with an optional heated vat sold separately for a dual-heating setup, a 1080p monitoring camera with AI-assisted image processing, and — new to this model — anti-aliasing support, which Phrozen's earlier Revo printers lacked. Everything is controlled through the Phrozen GO app. It's aimed at creators, studios, and print service providers who need large-format output without giving up resin-printer detail. Because this is a very new release, independent long-term reviews and real-world reliability data are still limited at the time of writing — current coverage leans heavily on Phrozen's own launch materials rather than extensive hands-on testing, so it's worth checking for fresh reviews before publishing performance claims as settled fact.
