Overview
The Sonic Mega 8K V2 is Phrozen's large-format resin printer, built for high-volume and oversized prints without giving up detail. It uses a 15 inch monochrome LCD with 43 micron XY resolution, capable of a minimum layer height down to 10 microns, across a 330 x 185 x 400mm build volume, large enough for tall props, batches of smaller parts, or full-size cosplay pieces in a single print. It ships with two plug-in air purifiers to help manage resin fumes during long prints, along with Phrozen's Pump and Fill system for easier resin handling at this larger scale. At 42kg, it's a heavy, desktop-footprint machine built for serious, sustained use rather than occasional printing. A step up from the standard Mega 8K S for anyone who regularly needs bigger build volume without moving to an enterprise-class machine.
