Overview
Filament that has absorbed moisture from the air prints with visible stringing, popping or crackling sounds at the nozzle, and a rougher surface finish than the same filament printed dry. The FilaDryer S1 Plus holds one spool up to 210mm in diameter and 85mm wide, accepting 1.75mm, 2.85mm, and 3.00mm filament, and dries a coil in roughly 3 to 6 hours depending on material and ambient humidity. Runs on a 24V DC adapter, included with the unit, and displays humidity on its built-in meter so you can see when filament is actually dry rather than guessing by time alone.
